Summary
Lieutenant Junior Grade Stalker serves as a member of Vice Admiral Momonga’s Marine unit. He was responsible for reporting Boa Hancock after the stowaway Monkey D. Luffy loudly declared that he was full. Stalker initially assumed the voice belonged to Hancock. However, his fellow Marines believed the Pirate Empress would not act in such an unladylike manner, so they wagered that if she were indeed the culprit, they would all grow Mohawks. When Hancock shamefully accepted responsibility for Luffy’s outburst, the Marines were forced to give themselves Mohawks as the agreed-upon penalty. Stalker first appeared in Chapter 524 and Episode 421.
