Summary
Rokkaku served as a Lieutenant Junior Grade under the command of Axe-Hand Morgan at his East Blue base. When he refused to follow Morgan's order to execute Rika, he was killed by the pirate using his signature axe-hand, although the English anime adaptation depicted the event as Rokkaku being knocked into a coma by the blunt end of the weapon. His name, which translates to Hexagon, is derived from a villain in the Romance Dawn v.2 prototype manga, though this is the only connection between the two characters. Interestingly, Rokkaku’s face is shaped like a hexagon, mirroring his name. He first appeared in Chapter 4 and Episode 2.
