Takeshi Sagara serves as the primary recurring antagonist in the manga, posing a threat level comparable to a rabid dog. While his tactics are just as underhanded as those of Mitsuhashi, his inherently twisted nature drives him to push beyond Mitsuhashi's usual limits. He stands out as the only villain in the series to successfully neutralize Mitsuhashi's powers during their final confrontation, achieving this by inflicting severe injuries on him.
