Enokizu, Reijirou
Summary
In his youth, Reijirou Enokizu attended college alongside Kyougokudou and Sekiguchi. Although he was their senior, he formed a close friendship with Kyougokudou due to their shared eccentricities, and he is also a childhood friend of Kiba. During a war he experienced as a child, Reijirou nearly lost his eyesight, which granted him the unique ability to perceive the floating memories of those around him. To utilize this power, he established his own private detective agency called the Rose and Cross. He frequently struggles to recall people’s names and often teases Sekiguchi by comparing his appearance to that of a turtle.
