Summary
Roll is a benevolent humanoid Robot Master designed by Dr. Light to serve as a housekeeper, assisting him within the laboratory. She shares a sibling bond with Mega Man and Proto Man. As one of the scarce female figures in the classic Mega Man games, she held the distinction of being the sole female Robot Master until Splash Woman made her debut in Mega Man 9. Despite her limited screen time in the main titles, Roll stands out as one of the most iconic and beloved characters in the franchise, renowned as the very first female presence in the Mega Man universe. Her significance is further amplified by her numerous iterations, including Roll.EXE and Roll Caskett, as well as her presence across various other media, allowing her to surpass all other supporting characters in total appearances throughout the entire series.
