Cocone Fatima Rosa is a young magic-nun who accompanies Misora. A resident of the Magic World studying abroad at Mahora, she specializes in telepathy and possesses superior artistic skills compared to Misora. In chapter 300, she appears with the designation "Empire Immigration Plan Test Subject #18." This title suggests that at least one empire, possibly Hellas, is aware of the impending collapse of the Magic World. As a "not-pure" human, Cocone was sent to Earth to test a plan to immigrate the empire's residents before the Magic World is destroyed.
