Monet is a harpy who serves as a scout and assistant for Caesar Clown and his subordinates at the research facility on Punk Hazard. She is actually a deep cover agent working for Donquixote Doflamingo. Monet displays a flippant attitude, deliberately withholding information about the disaster on Punk Hazard from Caesar until she confirmed the intruders were the Straw Hat Pirates. Despite the chaos, she maintains a delighted smile, suggesting she finds the situation amusing. She is also diligent, warning Caesar that the Straw Hat Pirates' true strength may exceed their current bounties. Monet exhibits sadistic tendencies, such as chuckling at Law’s pain after his encounter with Vergo. She is also flirtatious, teasing Law when he returned to the lab and even considering a date when he requested her assistance. Like many others, Monet has a distinctive laugh of "Ufufufufu".
