Summary
Forcystus serves as a major antagonist in Tales of Symphonia, holding the rank of Desian Grand Cardinal. He oversees the Iselia Human Ranch and is considered the most respected Desian following Pronyma, the leader of the Grand Cardinals. Notably, one of his arms has been replaced by a massive golden cannon.
