Sigel
Summary
Originally an antique welcome mannequin resembling a ten-year-old girl with a recorded greeting on an internal tape player, she belonged to an antique shop. Banpei fell in love with her immobile form at first sight, even taking her on a date. After her voice mechanism broke down and she was sent to a scrapyard, she was claimed by Whirlwind Garage owner Chihiro. Chihiro gave her to Skuld with a new digital voice player, and Skuld rebuilt her into a sentient, walking robot. Although she initially showed reluctance to connect with Banpei, she secretly harbors affection for him due to his devotion. She was not named until later by Belldandy. Sigel expresses deep admiration and affection for Skuld, whom she calls "mistress," and shows respect for Belldandy. She tries to keep demons away from the temple, though she lacks Banpei’s extensive weaponry. Her only arms are skating wheels in her heels and detachable rocket punch hands, which Skuld notes are standard issue for robots.
