Takada, Kiyomi
Summary
Kiyomi Takada is introduced in chapter 31 as a classmate and girlfriend of Light. Known affectionately as "Miss To-Oh" or the "'Refined' Takada," she is a popular figure at the university, though Light observes that she is less superficial than her reputation suggests. After a brief appearance alongside Light in chapter 32, she remains out of the narrative until chapter 85, when she is selected by Mikami to serve as Kira's spokesperson. Mikami, posing as Kira, coerces her into the role, recognizing her as an educated and intellectual individual capable of delivering Kira's messages with calm precision.
