Summary
Ulysses is a mysterious young man with blonde hair who shares the ability to see and communicate with fairies with Lydia. His fae powers, however, extend far beyond mere communication, as he has demonstrated the capacity to command fairies, including spectral hounds belonging to the malicious Unseelie Court.
