Summary
Hot Pants makes his debut during the final moments of the third stage in Steel Ball Run, where he encounters Gyro and Johnny just prior to meeting Ringo Roadagain. His Stand, named Cream Starter, functions as a spray capable of transforming flesh into foam and relocating any absorbed flesh tissue. This same mechanism allows him to heal wounds.
