Summary
Hanger is the proprietor of a clothing store located in Loguetown, the establishment from which Nami purchased all of her finest garments. His distinctive appearance is marked by hair that closely resembles a clothes hanger. He made his first appearance in Chapter 97 of the manga and in Episode 48 of the anime adaptation.
