Summary
Justin Law serves as the Death Scythe responsible for Europe, distinguished by his priestly attire and persistent use of earphones. A devout servant of the Shinigami, he holds the distinction of being the youngest individual in Shibusen’s history to achieve the rank of Death Scythe at the age of thirteen, accomplishing this feat without the assistance of a partner. His weapon takes the form of a guillotine, aligning with his self-proclaimed title of "executioner." While Justin possesses the ability to read lips, this skill is rendered useless against the Shinigami because he constantly wears headphones and the Shinigami wears a mask.
