Summary
Claude serves as a professor at Easton Magic Academy and oversaw the entrance examinations that Mash attended. He thrives on receiving admiration from others and harbors a strong aversion to being underestimated. Consequently, he develops a dislike for Mash after the latter remains unimpressed by his efforts. Following this slight, Claude attempts to fail Mash in the exams, but his plans are thwarted as Mash successfully passes every test and wins the favor of Wahlberg.
