Shiokishi
Summary
Shiokishi serves as one of the twelve Directors within Academy City, holding responsibility for all military operations, including defense strategies and the research and development of military technology. He is perpetually clad in a HsPS-15 Suit, not out of paranoia regarding potential attacks, but because he cannot feel at ease without wearing it. First introduced in Volume 19 of the Light Novels, he acts as the antagonist orchestrating plots and assaults against GROUP. Following his defeat, he discloses the identity of DRAGON, describing it as a burden he wished never to have known, yet one he had to understand given his duty to protect Academy City from external threats. Subsequently, Shiokishi is rendered unconscious by DRAGON, leaving his ultimate fate unknown.
