Summary
Katsuyuki leads the K.T. Butai, a sub-unit of the Oni-Baku gang made up of members like Yasuo, Atsushi, Saegusa, and Kitamura. Known for his quick temper, he often gets into trouble due to his impulsive nature. After losing a fight to Eikichi, he began to see him as a role model and pledged his loyalty primarily to Eikichi, though he remains devoted to the Oni-Baku and will defend them against any criticism. He holds a rivalry with Tamura and maintains a long-standing grudge against Kenkichi Hino, whose loyalty to Ryuji mirrors his own devotion to Eikichi.
