Summary
Zenon serves as the three-headed devil commanding the devil forces in their conflict against Devilman. He possesses the ability to launch a nuclear missile to initiate World War III. Despite his command role, Satan remains the true leader, and Zenon does not dare to challenge this hierarchy.
