Summary
Shion Kozakura, a half-human, half-Medusa woman and the mother of Mary, made her debut in the song Gunjou Rein. She resided with her daughter deep within Imagination Forest, where she isolated them from the outside world out of fear that Mary would face rejection due to her unique heritage. The isolation ended when Mary disobeyed her mother and ventured out, only to be attacked by humans. In a desperate bid to protect her child, Shion used her powers to turn the attackers to stone. The immense physical strain of this act proved fatal, resulting in her death. She is also associated with the Heat Haze project.
