Summary
Katan is a Cherubim who was formerly a Grigori. He received a physical form from Rosiel while he was still of sound mind. His sole motivation for ascending to the rank of Cherubim was the desire to reunite with Rosiel. In a manner of speaking, he is considered Rosiel's son and harbors deep love for him. Katan resurrected Rosiel with the intention that he would seize control of Heaven and dismantle its corrupt dictatorship. However, his plan fails because Rosiel is only interested in receiving affection and compliments from Alexiel. Although Katan disapproves of many of Rosiel's actions, unlike Kirie, he is unable to abandon his side.
