Sakuragi, Matsuri
Summary
Born on January 25 with blood type O, this eleven-year-old character is affectionately called "Mats" in the manga. She is a shy girl who wears glasses and owns a pet ferret named John. Her timid nature makes her an easy target for Miu’s teasing, often causing her to cry or hide behind Nobue. Academically, she is one grade below Chika and Miu, sharing a classroom with Ana, with whom she quickly formed a bond. Matsuri learns that Ana speaks Japanese fluently and assists her in concealing this skill from their classmates, as well as hiding Ana’s lack of English proficiency. While the anime depicts her with gray hair, the manga portrays her hair as white.
