Known as a Miracle Person, Emporio Ivankov, often called Iva, served as the former Queen of the Kamabakka Kingdom and holds the position of commander within the Revolutionary army. He is currently held as a prisoner in Level 5 of Impel Down, where he resides in a hidden area referred to as Okama Paradise.
