Summary
Clad in a green Kokuyo uniform and a top hat, this elderly man escaped from prison to assist Mukuro in locating Tsuna. He is accompanied by several yellow birds that trail after him, serving as a signal to Mukuro in the event of his defeat. Birds appears to derive pleasure from inflicting suffering on others, evidenced by his nosebleed when he instructs Tsuna’s friends to beat him.
