Touji Mizuki is a twenty-six-year-old Chunin ninja from the Village Hidden in the Leaves, born on October 21. Standing at 180 cm with light gray hair, black eyes, and blood type AB, he previously served as a teacher at the Ninja Academy. His narrative arc begins when he manipulates Naruto, who has just failed his graduation exam, into stealing the forbidden scroll of sealings under the pretense that it offers an alternative path to graduation. Mizuki ambushes Iruka, pinning him against a wooden shack, and reveals to Naruto that he is the host of the Demon Fox. He attempts to kill both Naruto and Iruka but is swiftly defeated by Naruto using the Shadow Clone Jutsu learned from the scroll. Following this incident, Mizuki is imprisoned in the Konoha Strict Correctional Facility. He later instigates a prison revolt and sends the brothers Fuujin and Raijin to Orochimaru. During his escape, he recalls receiving a cursed seal from Orochimaru after a mission where he killed a comrade. He is ultimately defeated by Naruto’s Rasengan. Mizuki specializes in the Transformation Jutsu.
