Summary
Saku Tatsuhiko appears as a minor character in Toaru Majutsu no Index, where he serves as the leader of BLOCK. On October 9, he attempted to orchestrate an attack on Aleister Crowley by rallying the Dark Side of Academy City alongside 5,000 mercenaries hired from outside the city. However, his scheme was ultimately foiled by the intervention of GROUP.
