Summary
Passing himself off as a ninety-five-year-old through forged identification, the real Doctor Londes is merely fourteen years old. He makes his debut in Session 23, titled "Brain Scratch." As the leader of the Scratch movement, Londes is a prodigious hacker who was left in a vegetative state early in his life. Fueled by resentment toward the world, he founded the group and meticulously constructed an alias complete with fabricated images and a false history to maintain his cover.
