Summary
Chiyo Yumehara is a dreamy and hopeless romantic who quickly develops crushes on boys. She initially harbored feelings for Saiki Kusuo and made earnest efforts to win his affection. In response, Saiki utilized his PSI powers to firmly reject her and even attempted to set her up with another person. Despite these efforts, the resulting relationship did not work out.
