Summary
Vittorio Serevare serves as the reigning Pope of Romalia, holding the titles of St. Aegis the 32nd and the Shield of the Founder. He ascended to the throne three years before Saito’s summoning. While he is genuinely kind-hearted, showing care for orphans and striving to improve the welfare of commoners, he must navigate complex politicking with the nobility to achieve these goals. Despite his compassionate nature, Vittorio possesses a ruthless streak, willing to do whatever is necessary for Helkeginia. However, this pragmatism does not make him a heartless monster.
