Summary
Oboro is a genin from the Hidden Rain who, alongside his teammates Mubi and Kagari, specializes in genjutsu. The trio was defeated by Naruto in the Forest of Death, resulting in the loss of their scroll. They later resurfaced as hired henchmen attempting to sabotage a race in the Tea Country, but were once again bested by Naruto.
