As the most intelligent and skilled component, he serves as the de facto leader of the composite body. With his head and limbs composed entirely of Parasite cells, Gotou possesses superior speed, strength, and lethality compared to standard Parasites, making him nearly impossible to injure. His name is a pun on the word Go, meaning number five, reflecting his ability to control five Parasites, while the other entity in the same body, Miki, can only control three.
