Summary
April Atwood is a student at the College and a classmate of Chise Hatori. She is frequently seen alongside Veronica Rickenbacker and is the older sister of May Atwood. Her debut occurs during a lesson in Elias' mage class, where the entire cohort is assigned to earn the trust of a Neighbor to help light a candle. April becomes distracted by an attempt to reason with her brother, May, who is yelling at a salamander. This interaction causes the creature to transform and attack May. April assists in the situation by helping to catch May when Elias throws him to safety away from the salamander.
