Summary
Li Raichi, who debuted in Chapter 157, is a seventeen-year-old Dou fighter and Satsujin Ken practitioner specializing in Chinese Kenpo, specifically the Drunken Fist of the Eight Immortals. As the daughter of Li Tenmon, she possesses a petite stature with long bright pink hair styled in waist-length pigtails and striking green eyes. Her combat attire, adopted under the alias Spark, consists of a tight red outfit featuring shoulder blades and knee pads that evoke a skater aesthetic, complete with gloves. In casual settings, she prefers a more subdued look, typically wearing a light yellow top, a green miniskirt, and sandals. Initially, Raichi presents herself as a kind, cheerful, and somewhat playful individual who shares Kenichi’s love for flowers. However, her demeanor shifts dramatically during combat, where she becomes aggressive and brutal, displaying no mercy toward Kisara or other Shinpaku Alliance members. She is notably quiet, speaking only when she chooses, and enjoys taunting opponents, such as mocking Kisara’s figure. Despite her father’s lethal tendencies, Raichi has no desire to kill; she aims to neutralize enemies peacefully, often expressing frustration that Kenichi refuses to harm her simply because she is a girl. Moved by Kenichi’s compassion and his recognition of her underlying kindness, she breaks down in tears, realizing she does not want to kill him. This emotional turning point reveals that her violent actions are compelled by Yomi, leading her to surrender and abandon her lethal intent. Following her battle with Kenichi, Raichi undergoes a significant personality shift, becoming much friendlier and more cooperative. She assists Kenichi and Miu in disarming a bomb on the ship where Diego Carlo was fighting, demonstrating her new willingness to help the Shinpaku Alliance. She also appears to develop romantic feelings for Kenichi, evidenced by blushing in his presence and grabbing his arm, which inadvertently sparks jealousy in Miu. Professionally, Raichi is a formidable opponent despite her young age, having trained extensively in Chinese Kenpo.
