Summary
William Nelson, also known by his alias Wiley, is an Afro-American explosives expert and former lieutenant of the 20th Engineer Brigade within the XVIII Airborne Corps of the US Army. He holds a degree from the University of Virginia School of Architecture. During the first Gulf War, Wiley encountered Lehm and Echo while on a mission to demolish a chemical factory. Several years later, he visited Lehm, where he met Koko. His legal name is William Nelson, and he is tasked with providing Jonah English with lessons. Notably, he is the only team member, aside from Koko, who has been blacklisted by the FBI.
