Summary
Kubira, a member of the Juunishinshou, possesses the ability to create marionettes that replicate the powers of either their targets or himself. In combat, he utilizes a "cat-o-nine-tails," a nine-tailed whip equipped with needles along the rope. His life ends after being defeated by Kyo and Kyoshiro, followed by his execution at the hands of Akira.
