Summary
Jimon is a minor figure who serves as one of the initial witnesses to reveal Demon Eyes Kyo’s true nature. During the Battle of Sekigahara, Kyo humiliated him by sparing his life and treating him with utter contempt, viewing him as worthless trash. In the manga, Jimon took employment as a yojimbo for a local Daikan. He murdered 107 people to refine his skills and prepare for a rematch with Kyo, aiming to restore his lost honor. He mastered the Hien Ken technique, which enables him to draw his blade and deliver three strikes in the blink of an eye. When Kyo challenged him to a drawing match, the disparity in their gear was stark, as Kyo wielded a sword nearly twice as long without a sheath. Kyo permitted Jimon to strike first, but subsequently ended the duel by killing him with a single cut that bisected his body. In the anime adaptation, Jimon became a wandering samurai after the Battle of Sekigahara, driven by a desire for vengeance against Kyo for the shame he endured. Upon finally locating Kyo, he transformed into a snake-like kenyou.
