Summary
Elizabeth is an Okama hailing from Momoiro Island. He discovered Sanji after the chef had passed out and tended to his injuries. Upon regaining consciousness, Sanji suffered from hallucinations that made him perceive Elizabeth as a young, beautiful woman, prompting him to chase after the Okama. This delusion led Sanji to Elizabeth’s frilly home, where Elizabeth attempted to convert Sanji into an Okama. Once Sanji’s vision cleared, he realized the entire island was populated by Okama and immediately fled. Elizabeth and the other Okamas pursued him, eventually catching up to their quarry.
