Draw This, Then Die! Drops Second PV with Regal Lily's 'Conifer' ED

The official account for Draw This, Then Die! (Kore Kaite Shine) dropped the series' second promotional video today, giving fans a fresh look at the emotional stakes of its story about chasing the dream of manga creation.
Regal Lily performs the ending theme "Conifer," a song the band wrote specifically for the anime. The PV captures quiet moments of reflection, the fire of inspiration, and the weight of pouring everything into a blank page.
The series follows Ai Yasumi, a first-year high schooler on the remote island of Izu Oshima whose deep love of manga pushes her to take her first steps toward becoming a creator herself. It explores both the joy and the grind of the craft without romanticizing the struggle.
Premiering July 3 on NTV's Friday Anime Night block at 11:30 p.m. JST, the adaptation is directed by Hiroaki Akagi at Shin-Ei Animation. Tatsuya Kitani sings the opening theme "Isho." The source manga by Minoru Toyoda earned the Manga Taisho and a Shogakukan Manga Award.
With its meta focus on the creative process and a stacked cast including Akira Sekine, Saori Hayami, and Inori Minase, the project stands out as a sincere tribute to the otaku world's love for the medium that defines it.
