She runs into a detective agency and discovers that the detective there is a super-miniature-size, cool guy. He risks his life trying to solve a case for this client. Will they come through in the end? MAKING OF DETECTIVE CONAN (7 min.) Do you know how animation is made? Everyone wants to see the inner workings of an animation studio. Based on the concept of Detective Conan, the three sub-characters visit the animation studio of Detective Conan. This episode is sure to win the hearts of Detective Conan fans! In "Buddy Go!", dance is how Ai Shizukuishi expresses herself most freely, enabling her to show her emotions openly. She posts videos of her performances on Smile Douga under the alias "Ai," frequently cross-dressing in them. Though she gains considerable fame, Ai keeps her focus on her true objective: surpassing her idol, the "dance prince" Hayate. Her impressive dancing eventually gets Hayate's attention, but he does not realize Ai is a girl. After they both take part in the same audition, they are teamed up in an idol group called Buddyz and enter an all-male dance competition. As the rivalry between Ai and Hayate grows more intense, Hayate starts to develop romantic feelings for Ai's feminine side, adding further complexity to their dynamic.

A new short film was revealed during the "EVANGELION:30+; 30th ANN/VERSARY OF EVANGELION" event held at Yokohama Arena, adding to the Evangelion series. The short presents two incarnations of Asuka Langley from alternate timelines who join forces to host a comedic stage performance celebrating 30 years of the franchise. Through this show, they reenact pivotal moments from both the television series and the films, aiming to deliver a satisfying conclusion to the character arc of Asuka Langley Sōryū.

In Lupin III: Seven Days Rhapsody, Lupin and Jigen intend to rob a New York racetrack of a large sum of cash. Their plan seems flawless, requiring only a six-day wait. To celebrate the anticipated success, they decide to visit a nearby town. Lupin splits from Jigen to settle a previous commitment. During this time, he rescues a girl named Michelle from suspicious men. Michelle asks Lupin to steal a diamond from her father to prevent him from carrying out shady dealings. Confident he can handle both robberies within six days, Lupin agrees to protect her until then. Meanwhile, Jigen encounters an old acquaintance, Ryatte, and they discuss another potential heist. Consequently, Jigen spends the next six days with Ryatte before reuniting with Lupin for their original plan. At the same time, Fujiko and Goemon plot to steal a diamond from an exhibition. The event’s organizer turns out to be…

This bonus episode occurs in the middle of the main series. Since Koyomi can still only conjure washbasins, Yumiko concludes that Misa is failing to teach Koyomi magic effectively. Because Misa's Modern Magic lessons have been useless for Yumiko, she decides to take over and teach Koyomi Classical Magic instead.

Two brief chibi character specials were included on both volumes of the Tennis no Ouji-sama OVA ANOTHER STORY: Kako to Mirai no Message. These specials showcase the Oshitari cousins performing a Manzai routine—a style of Japanese stand-up comedy that typically involves two performers: a straight man (tsukkomi) and a funny man (boke). In "Aruhi no Oshitari," Oshitari Yuushi grows tired of always playing the tsukkomi and decides to try his hand as a boke, but the results are disastrous. "Aruhi no Oshitari 2" follows Oshitari Kenya as the boke in a joint comedy show with Seigaku and Shitenhouji, where his jokes fail to connect with the audience.

These specials are found on the third and fourth DVD/BD volumes of How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift? as well as on Funimation's US Blu-Ray release. They consist of completely new, extended versions of the exercise segments that usually conclude each episode of the TV anime.

Ataru Moroboshi's mother reflects on how her once calm middle-class life was disrupted half a year ago, when the alien Oni invaded Earth. The Oni leader, Mr. Invader, proclaimed that if a randomly chosen human could defeat his daughter Lum in a game of tag, Earth would be spared. To everyone's astonishment, that crucial role fell to Ataru, who actually won, and as a result, Lum became part of the Moroboshi family. Now, Ataru's mother thinks about the various individuals—allies and enemies, human and alien—that her son has gotten involved with, resulting in endless turmoil at home. She wonders whether she should admire his resilience or pity him, and whether her household will ever know peace again. Elsewhere, Kaede, a young kunoichi, questions her fate as a ninja, especially after her irritable elderly master, Yatsude, insists she continue on that path. Things get worse when Kaede accidentally loses a secret scroll in the forest, further infuriating her master. During a school trip to the historic city of Nara, Ataru initially finds the excursion dull until he stumbles upon the missing scroll and catches Kaede's attention, adding an unforeseen twist to his day.

It is now winter in Kamakura. When Satsuki tells her friends she has seen Manatsu, Ichika initially does not believe her. However, on the day before Ichika's 15th birthday, the fragment of Manatsu's mirror that was kept inside her desk drawer vanishes without explanation. That evening, a young girl who introduces herself as "Mafuyu, Manatsu's identical twin" appears before Ichika, wearing a mischievous smirk.

Following a sighting of a full-scale RX-78-2 Gundam in Odaiba, Haru Irei gains the inspiration to start building Gunpla—models that merge Gundam designs with plastic kits. Haru obtains a special set, the GPB-X80 Beginning Gundam, which turns the builder into a Gunpla Builder once assembled. Alongside the Beginning Gundam, Haru ventures into the virtual world of Gunpla Battle, where fans can command their customized models in both team-based battles and one-on-one duels. To become a Gunpla Meister and win the championship, Haru relies on the support of friends.

Rinne no Lagrange short specials included in the Rinne no Lagrange Blu-rays and DVDs.

Prior to the production of the television series, a pilot film was created to give sponsors and broadcasting stations a sense of the work's overall atmosphere. This pilot for "Dororo" features characters that more closely resemble their counterparts from the original manga than those seen in the TV series. In the televised version, the characters' appearances and personalities were frequently tweaked in order to win over audiences. Consequently, viewer reception was sometimes highly favorable, while at other times it fell flat. The Dororo pilot was shot in color, but the TV series was broadcast in black and white due to a more constrained budget. The narrative follows the journey of a young thief named Dororo and a cursed man called Hyakkimaru as they battle and destroy monsters. Hyakkimaru is only able to become a full "human" once he has vanquished 48 demons.

Included as extras on several disc releases, the 91 Daze shorts follow Angelo, Nero, and occasionally Corteo as they find themselves in amusing scenarios.
