After learning carpentry from his grandfather, the young panda ignores the elder's warnings and sets out to find work. Hearing that a giraffe family needed repairs for their broken dining table and were looking for Grandpa Panda, the eager young panda volunteers for the job. Unfortunately, his first attempt turns a tall table into a short one. Another time, he tries to fix a leak in Uncle Elephant's bathtub but ends up turning the tub into a solid block of wood. Most recently, while helping some small monkeys with their peach crates, he accidentally locks himself inside one. Clearly, this aspiring carpenter still has much to learn before earning the right to be called skilled.
