The narrative of "Nat-chan no Akai Tebukuro" centers on the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. A young girl named Nat-chan, having recently moved to Hiroshima, was knitting a pair of red mittens for her friend Shun-chan. She is killed when the bomb detonates. Many years later, an adult Shun-chan comes across Nat-chan's lingering presence through the nuclear shadow—the silhouette burned into the ground where her body was vaporized.

Two scientists are in a conversation when suddendly two creatures came in and force them to build a powerfull bomb.

The Norasco episodes were produced exclusively for preview screenings at 109 Cinemas. These films appeared in their entirety at various points throughout the four-disc DVD release of Norasco. Additionally, the first and sixth episodes were later uploaded to the official YouTube channel.

In "Boonie Bears: The Big Shrink," the troublesome bear siblings Briar and Bramble encounter a surprising turn of events when Vick tries to use a shrinking gadget to get rid of them. In the resulting confusion, the gadget fails and shrinks all three, leaving them gazing up at a vastly different world. To get back to normal size, they need to find the device again. But their quest gets trickier when Vick's dad comes back unexpectedly hoping to make amends with his son. Not seeing Vick, he takes the machine away with him. So the three set off on an exciting journey across a huge universe hidden right in plain sight, working to both reverse their shrinkage and fix their relationships.

A stop-motion adaptation of Hans Christian Anderson's The Nightingale.

In the fifth animated entry of the McDull franchise (the sixth film overall), a Hong Kong production, we return to the beginnings of our pig hero. Now older and going by the well-known detective Bobby Mak rather than his childhood nickname McDull, he is summoned to solve a puzzling death. His sharp eye for detail leads him to determine that no murder occurred. Since everyone in the mansion must remain during the investigation and children are present, Mak shares stories from his past to amuse them. He dwells especially on his tight bond with his mother, describing how she protected him, offered sound advice, and raised him from early childhood into his youthful adult years. Her dream of becoming a superhero, though never realized, serves as a touching metaphor for her hardships, with the "space training" in a hospital hinting at her sickness. Seeing these realities through a young child's eyes makes them hard to process. This movie addresses universal themes. The Mak family endured financial difficulties, and watching them cope through young McDull's viewpoint is profoundly emotional. It gives overseas-born Chinese youth a window into their parents' experiences.

A film encompassing five short stories, presented in an animated 3D method.

This planetarium film is shown exclusively at the Joyo City Cultural Center in Kyoto. It was created to promote the Kyoto Tezuka Osamu World, which opened that same year and closed in 2011, a decade after Osamu's death. The presentation features the Wonder 3 team from the Galactic Federation alongside Atom from Tetsuwan Atom, leading audiences on a tour of various constellations.

This Doraemon planetarium short begins when Nobita, after listening to Suneo brag about the stunning starry sky he witnessed in Hawaii, asks Doraemon to help him see a similar sight. Doraemon employs his secret "Travel Projector" to replicate the Hawaiian night sky inside Nobita's room. Afterward, the group enters the "Celestial Globe," a miniature model of the universe, and boards a spaceship for a cosmic voyage that becomes perilous when they approach a black hole.

The first Sgt. Frog (Keroro Gunsou) feature created exclusively for planetariums (2010). Fuyuki and Natsumi observe the stars vanishing from the night sky and notify the Keroro Platoon; after a distress signal from Neptune, Kururu transports the team there using a planetarium-like device. They encounter Kirara, an alien who sent out the call for assistance, only to see her taken captive by the enigmatic alien Purara—prompting the Keroro Platoon to pursue Purara across the planets of the Solar System in order to rescue Kirara.

In 2019, the first film adaptation of the popular Japanese children's book and anime series Oshiri Tantei (Butt Detective) was released. While Butt Detective and his assistant Brown enjoy tea at a cafe, Mr. Walter, the manager of a new curry restaurant, arrives to report that "Piriritokikku," an essential curry spice, has gone missing. Butt Detective puts his remarkable reasoning to work to solve the case of the vanished spice.

The Nighthawk, the main character of this story, is considered so hideous that other creatures believe he has falsely taken on the name. The Hawk orders him to abandon the title, but the Nighthawk refuses. As this confrontation unfolds, the Nighthawk starts to realize that he and the Hawk have far more in common than he originally believed.

This is a Moomin planetarium short film originally released in 2000 and remade in 2018. Moomin wakes up during a spring that is still covered in snow and thinks he has risen too early—until he realizes that Moomin Papa, Snorkmaiden, Little My, and Sniff are also awake. The central puzzle is that Moomin Mama cannot be woken up, no matter how hard everyone tries.

The Zodiac Dragon has vanished, plunging the world into turmoil. Jen, a courageous ten-year-old girl, must team up with the legendary Zodiac Animals to locate the Dragon, restore balance to the world, and rescue humanity. To fight the Roach King, Jen and the trio must find and reunite the rest of the original Zodiac: Rat, Cow, Tiger, Rabbit, Snake, Monkey, Rooster, and Dog. Together, they set out on a journey that, while dangerous, proves to be heartwarmingly rewarding.

Produced by UrumaDelvi in 2005, this experimental work was screened at many film festivals before being released on DVD the following year by UrumaDelvi and Productions Inc.

In Yongning Village, located at the base of Chicheng Mountain, the playful young Li Xiuyuan dreams of being a hero. However, his efforts to assist his ill mother and earn the respect of the townspeople consistently end in disaster. After a dangerous incident, Xiuyuan discovers he is actually the reincarnation of the legendary Dragon Slaying Luohan. He also learns that his father once safeguarded him by stealing a sacred golden artifact for the villainous Jin Ling. As Xiuyuan's abilities start to emerge, he finally understands what he must do to become a genuine hero.

The 1984 film ended with the words "Part One End" displayed. Twenty years later, Shanghai Animation Film Studio picked up the story, now aiming it at the parents who watched the original when they were children.

Drawing inspiration from Katsuhiko Kamimura's Myths of India, a collection of short stories centered on Hindu mythology, Mukashi no Yama delivers a poetic and humorous account of mountains that once possessed the ability to fly. Upon descending to the earth, they caused the ground to quake with a mighty roar. The piece's sound and music were composed and performed by Makiko T.
