This theatrical release showcases a specially curated virtual concert celebrating the crossover collaboration between the beloved "Aikatsu!" and "Pretty Series" franchises. First launching in July 2010 as a children's arcade game by Takara Tomy Arts, the "Pretty Series" later expanded into anime series like "PriPara" and "Kiratto Pri☆Chan," spanning over a decade of growth. Meanwhile, the "Aikatsu!" franchise debuted in October 2012 through Bandai's Data Carddass system and Bandai Namco Pictures, maintaining its popularity for a full decade. The event gathered fourteen idols from various iterations of both series to perform four distinct concerts over two days, December 17 and 18, 2022, as part of the "Dream Collaboration Festival Drikora Fes." The film compiles these performances into a single captivating cinematic experience.

As clouds drift across the sky and images fade away, the practice of drawing aligns with the rhythms of nature. This harmony awakens an ancient poetry that resonates through the heavens, eventually summoning the rain. To commemorate the 700th anniversary of Dante's passing, this film reimagines the reunion of Dante and Beatrice, extending the narrative from "La Vita Nuova" through the three realms of the "Divine Comedy": hell, purgatory, and heaven. Where are we young now? Where should we go? "The situation" has endured since 2020. We young people are free to choose anything; we can choose to die, or to live and love. A new world is approaching. Let us leap into it with self-love and love for others. This poem serves as a gift to our young and fragile selves.

The world's first full-dive VRMMO, Sword Art Online—commonly referred to as SAO. Emirun and Rex, who once knew each other in the real world, reunite by chance inside SAO. They join a scouting party to learn how to survive in this merciless world. One day, however, they come across a mysterious Player Killer known only as the Black Swordsman. When Emirun rushes to the scene, she finds Rex collapsed in despair, with the Black Swordsman standing over him. The one who wiped out their entire scouting party—was the Black Swordsman. Determined to avenge their fallen comrades, Emirun and Rex seek out the legendary prodigy swordswoman Asuna and begin intense training under her guidance. In a death game where even players turn against one another, what new beginning will these two reach at the end of their struggle…? Note: Released as part of the Echoes of Aincrad: Sword Art Online game limited edition.

A middle school boy who delights in photographing objects that capture his attention and subsequently sketching them is walking home along his familiar path when he spots the girl he admires in the company of another boy. The boundary separating his imagination from reality remains perpetually unstable. This 2014 graduate work by Ryosuke Oshiro was produced at the Department of Animation, Graduate School of Film and New Media, Tokyo University of the Arts.

An elephant lives alone on a mountain, spending his days sketching and fishing. Meanwhile, in a city filled with towers, pigs with swollen groins make their home. One day, a tower is built near the elephant's small cabin, causing him to start climbing it. This 2015 graduate work by Takashi Shibuya was produced at the Tokyo University of the Arts, Graduate School of Film and New Media, Department of Animation.

Amidst a dark, boundless dreamscape where candles flicker, a question arises: Where do I find myself? This work is a first-year project from 2025, created at the Tokyo University of the Arts, Graduate School of Film and New Media, Department of Animation.

As part of the "Film Guru Guru" collection of animated shorts shown at the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka, this brief film opens with a small white fish swimming into view before being consumed by a larger predator. That fish is subsequently swallowed by an even bigger one. Eventually, only a massive white fish remains, appearing to shrink as it swims toward the bottom of the screen. Once it exits the frame, the entire cycle restarts.

In an empty space, a solitary figure tries to sit in a chair. This animated 16mm short film was created by hand-drawing on paper with a crow quill ink pen. It was showcased at SXSW (2000), Anima Mundi in Brazil (2000), the Hawaii International Film Festival (2000), and various other events.

After a string of earthquakes rocks Japan, Professor Saotome suspects the Dinosaur Empire is behind the tremors. Michiru departs in the Command Module to investigate, only to be swiftly shot down and injured by Megazaus. Driven by a desire for revenge for Michiru, the Getter Robo team must first navigate devastated roads to locate a doctor capable of treating her wounds. Once Getter Robo is assembled, the team pursues Megazaus underground, racing to defeat him before he can obliterate the cities of Japan.

One of the short animated features in the "Film Guru Guru" collection, this piece was screened at the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka. The story follows a sewing dummy that starts to spin on its own. As it rotates, the white dress covering it peels back to reveal many layers of different colors beneath. Finally, the motion ceases, and the dummy settles back into a stationary pose.

This animated short is a segment of the "Film Guru Guru" collection, a lineup of brief films presented at the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka. The story traces the course of evolution, beginning with the earliest aquatic life forms and concluding with modern humans, encompassing both men and women.

Somewhere today, a landscape comes to life on paper. In time, it will become still. Yet the landscape inside us keeps moving and growing endlessly. Colors and forms push and pull, with not even a single moment of stillness. This is a first-year work from 2024 at Tokyo University of the Arts, Graduate School of Film and New Media, Department of Animation.

This is a film adaptation of the Thunderbolt Fantasy spin-off novels, divided into two parts. The first part recounts the backstory of the Screaming Phoenix Killer, Shā Wú Shēng, and the second part features a Shāng Bù Huàn storyline set between Thunderbolt Fantasy seasons 1 and 2.

The anime is set in the town of Arita, and will be a youth story highlighting the scenery of Arita.

A beam of light pierced through an opening in the crate where I was hidden, allowing me to glimpse the very landscape I had longed to see. This is the 2025 first-year project from the Department of Animation at the Graduate School of Film and New Media, Tokyo University of the Arts.

The story centers on a father raising four children whose wife possesses an imposing physique, standing 180 centimeters tall and weighing 120 kilograms. Perpetually bullied and dominated by his spouse within their home, he secretly begins an affair with a cute typist from his company. During a sleepwalking episode, he inadvertently confesses the affair to his wife. After she gathers further evidence of his infidelity, she travels to his workplace to confront both him and the typist.

De_Riria_Subasutaimu is a surreal and abstract short film about grief.

This expanded edition of Coluboccoro boasts a fresh voice cast and a new soundtrack. It screened in theaters as part of a double feature alongside Santa Company: Christmas no Himitsu.

Though there is a pond in the park near my home, I refer to it as a swamp. The people and animals that congregate there seem to share a distinctly swampy atmosphere, and they are present once again today. This is a first-year project from 2025, created at the Tokyo University of the Arts, Graduate School of Film and New Media, Department of Animation.

The second film of the Dead Dead Demon's Dededededestruction duology.

Amidst the turmoil of a wild night, a man becomes lost inside a rift in time. This is not caused by grotesque beings or monsters, but by the man himself, who "was here, yet was not here." He is the phantom. Buried beneath memories weighed down by restraint and promises left unfulfilled—words washed up on the shore—time keeps him distant from that "place." And he hears poems drifting in on the waves from the other side, rhyming and lapping against the shore.

A family made up of two pandas and a young girl is living happily until a small tiger suddenly shows up at their house. It turns out that a circus has come to their town. A heavy downpour begins all of a sudden, but it doesn't manage to stop them.

The third film in the series finds McDull and his friends satirically exploring different roles in society.

This 2000 Fuji TV production presents a new perspective on the story of the Shinsengumi, an elite samurai force that operated during the late Edo period.

An elephant and his wife, a woman, reside in a home situated beside a lake. Their shared existence is defined by a persistent emotional distance that repeats endlessly. As time passes, it leaves its imprint on the familiar surroundings. Eventually, an accident befalls the couple, who live together amidst contradictions and concealed secrets. This piece is a 2014 first-year graduate work by Madoka from the Department of Animation at the Graduate School of Film and New Media, Tokyo University of the Arts.

A girl wanders through a landscape of quiet ruin, alone except for her dog and a mysterious voice on her radio that recites poems at a precise hour every day. This experience serves as a haunting memory of a nearby future. This piece is the graduation work of Shuzuku. It was selected and pre-screened at the Fantasia International Film Festival as part of the Anime no Bento official selection on July 19, 2025, and won the Grand Prix at the Kochi Anime Creator Award 2025 out of 30 nominated works.

Born with a voice that defies the natural order, Lang Wu Yao grows up isolated among snow-covered peaks. His blind mother subjects him to brutal training, driven by the hope that her son's singing will one day be without equal and reach the ears of the imperial court. However, the grueling regimen leads to a tragic accident that claims her life. Now alone in the world, Lang wanders from place to place, and unscrupulous, grasping men use his extraordinary voice as nothing more than a tool, gradually wearing down his spirit. In time, his peculiar melodies attract the attention of the princess of Xi You, and Lang is brought to the very stage his mother once dreamed of. But what waits for him there is a deadly musical duel against other performers, staged purely for the entertainment of the court. Then one day, Lang catches word of the Sword Plundering Nemesis—a notorious thief famous across all of Xi You for stealing magical weapons. What he does not realize is that the emperor has concealed the bandit's next target within the very castle where Lang has been performing.

It is the year 2005. Twenty-one years after the heroic Autobots and the evil Decepticons resumed their neverending war on planet Earth, the Decepticons have conquered the robots' home planet Cybertron. Following a surprise assault by the Decepticons, both factions engage in a brutal conflict at Autobot City. During the fighting, Autobot leader Optimus Prime perishes while battling Decepticon leader Megatron, and the Autobot Matrix of Leadership is subsequently entrusted to second-in-command Ultra Magnus. At the same time, a severely damaged Megatron is cast into the depths of space by Starscream, where he meets the world-devouring robot Unicron and is reborn as Galvatron, the new Decepticon commander. With Galvatron's power growing and Unicron's approach toward Cybertron's orbit imminent, the Autobots must move swiftly to safeguard the Matrix or risk complete destruction.

Sailor Moon takes on Shadow Galactica, a foe that endangers her companions to conquer the universe. Will she succeed in protecting the people she cares about and keep going?

This is the 2023 graduation work by Lina Machida from Tokyo University of the Arts (Geidai). The stray dog the girl loved so much had been longing for an apple for a long time. Meanwhile, the carrots try to turn everything into a seedbed. The girl opens the box and leaves with the dog because they know that decay is inevitable. This animation captures a moment where birth and death overlap.
