Nube is a laid-back and kind teacher who seems clumsy at first glance. But he conceals a secret—a monster hand hidden under the glove on his left hand. Because he can see ghosts and evil spirits, Nube uses his monstrous hand to protect his beloved students from these dangerous beings, demonstrating his incredible power.

During a business trip, cereal salesmen Osamu and Jay come across a strange roadblock. Investigating, they witness a secret government operation where two mysterious demon-like beings attack military personnel who had responded to a crash involving a vehicle carrying classified research. In the debris, Osamu finds a stunning hermaphrodite with one gold eye and one crimson eye, sealed inside a frozen chamber. Before fleeing, Osamu presses a kiss to the glass between them. Later, Osamu and Jay confront Jay's father, a high-ranking scientist at a government lab. He reveals that what they saw is top secret and that without his intervention, they would face prison. Jay wants to move on, but Osamu is determined to learn more. By stealing a security badge, Osamu locates the facility where the person he kissed is held and learns their name is Kimera. Driven by an inexplicable urge, Osamu dreams of escaping with Kimera, even though the reasons for Kimera's captivity and the nature of such a relationship remain unclear.

A rogue scientist in San Francisco has devised a method to create a new type of creature known as Neo-Aragami, removing the need for Susanoo's energy. When these monsters begin wreaking havoc across California, the U.S. government seeks assistance from the former members of the Terrestrial Administration Center (TAC).

During the 1920s, Inaho resurrects the vampire Mosquiton by feeding him her blood. Upon awakening, he becomes her slave. Inaho is now searching for the O-Part, a relic that can give her immortality. However, various supernatural monsters try to stop them from achieving their objective.

Kitarou is a ghost who spends his afterlife using his skills to aid humans in need. He disrupts the plans of evil spirits that exist solely to torment humanity. This time, Kitarou's friend Megumi requires his help. Her father, a botanist, traveled to Baruru Island to study the local plant life, only to be kidnapped by evil spirits. It is up to Kitarou to rescue him.

Kumiko Ijima, a student in Nube's class, identifies a man in the local park as the murderer on the police's wanted list after recalling his face from the wanted photos she had drawn. She alerts her classmate Kyoko, but the man simultaneously spots the drawing in Kumiko's portfolio with the initials "K.I." on it and catches a brief glimpse of the red ribbon tied in her hair. As the police give chase, the criminal crashes his car into a seal, and a demon takes possession of his soul. Now under the demon's control, he goes on a killing spree, hunting for any girl with a red ribbon whose initials are "K.I."

This is a re-telling of the first series. One episode is seen from Momiji's perspective, and the other is seen from Kusanagi's perspective.

An omnibus OVA featuring three elementary school students—Manabu, Ryota, and Mina—as they confront the strange occurrences that happen at their school. The OVA is divided into two 15-minute segments: "Poisonous spiders at school" and "Hanako-san's hand". This OVA is part of the "Hontoni Atta Kowai Hanashi" series, which itself originates from the "Hontoni Atta Gakou Kaidan" series published by Asahi Sonorama.
