Continues the story of Rainy Cocoa, Welcome to Rainy Color
At the Rainy Color café, there is always something exciting happening. The Koga brothers, Noel and Nicola, have come from England. Noel is very curious, which contrasts with his more reserved brother Nicola, and their sister Shion, who manages the café, is always kept busy. Cameraman and photographer Jun Arisawa also becomes part of the group, sharing a mysterious connection with the café's owner, Koji Amami. A specific photograph sets off a series of touching and funny reactions among the Rainy Color team.

Nozomu Tokura, Aoi's older brother, has become the manager of the Hawaii branch. With new characters joining the team, the question remains whether he can successfully open the store.
