Synopsis
A young man named Giuseppe is known to the townspeople as "Toritsukare Otoko" because once he becomes fixated on something, he can't focus on anything else. One day, he experiences love at first sight with a girl named Pechka, who sells balloons. Driven wild by his feelings, he tries to get closer to her, but Pechka harbors a hidden sadness. Determined to help the girl he loves, Giuseppe and his partner, a mouse named Cielo, work in secret to resolve her troubles using the many skills and tricks he has become obsessed with.
