Run, Tiger Run!

Synopsis

In this 2022 Chinese animated film set during the Ming Dynasty, 11-year-old orphan Hudun, who dreams of becoming a biaoshi (an armed escort for travelers) and always wears his signature tiger-head hat, manages to overcome others' prejudice with help from a legendary former swordsman. Together, this unlikely duo fights off a gang of bandits attempting to steal a valuable item under their protection.
