In a world where ordinary people live alongside "Attractors"—those gifted with mysterious abilities—a secret organization called Custos operates in the shadows. Custos dispatches cyborgs from their unit, WTOC, to track down and eliminate Attractors, seeing them as dangers that could disturb social order. Within the hidden confines of Fantasium Garden, a theme park, a concealed group of Attractors works to protect their kind from Custos's campaign of destruction. Led by the steadfastly optimistic Quon Mitsuchi, these Attractors engage WTOC in fierce confrontations, fighting to secure their survival.

In this installment

After their latest victory, the Attractors based at Fantasium Garden are occupied with integrating their newest members. However, they soon uncover a string of mysterious murders, each characterized by the appearance of flowers. The Custos believe the perpetrator is one of the Attractors and decide to move against the suspected killer. Meanwhile, Quon Mitsuchi comes up with a plan to shield this person. Can Quon successfully protect an Attractor who is also a serial killer, or will this ordeal force Quon to reconsider their values?

Towa no Quon 2: Konton no Ranbu was released on Blu-ray and DVD in Japan on September 22, 2011. The film was published in the same formats in North America by Sentai Filmworks on June 26, 2012.
