Synopsis

In the decaying city of Otomo, where freedom and justice have vanished and conspiracy flourishes among hidden threats, a terrifying presence emerges. Known as the Skull Man, this embodiment of the Grim Reaper, marked by a ghastly skull-like grin, unleashes horrific chaos and bloodshed, even targeting the mutant creatures lurking in the city's darkest corners. Investigative journalist Minagami Hayato and photographer Kiriko Mamiya pursue this formidable hunter to uncover the mystery behind a bizarre killing. Navigating a crumbling metropolis where corruption is as pervasive and vile as the sins of its wealthy leaders, they seek a hidden truth so grave that the entire city was turned into a vast tomb to conceal it. Within this eerie necropolis, where reality itself is warped, retribution arrives cloaked as a personification of the Death's Head.
