Synopsis
Youji and Kei, a boy and girl, reside in a town set in the near future alongside their foster mother, Anna. However, these seemingly normal children harbor a secret even their unwitting parent doesn't suspect: Youji and Kei are the town's superhero guardians! With a flick of their capes, the duo and their robotic bear companion, Oscar, safeguard the townspeople using their self-crafted high-tech gadgets. But what threat are they protecting against?
