Introduce the district's official mascot, Neon, and her sister Hikari-chan, who present promotional animated shorts for Osaka's Nipponbashi entertainment and retail district—also referred to as Nippombashi. These clips highlight Nipponbashi, which is recognized as a rival to Tokyo's Akihabara.
