Synopsis

In the story, a young boy named Yamada ends up in the hospital after breaking both his hands badly. Making his situation worse is a rare medical condition that causes severe testicular pain if he does not ejaculate every three hours. Since his injuries stop him from relieving himself, the hospital assigns a grumpy nurse called Tachibana to help him whenever needed. Over time, Yamada starts feeling sorry about the treatments Tachibana has to perform, which she finds disgusting. Still, Tachibana stays dedicated to her role as his caretaker, making sure he gets the relief he needs until he fully recovers.
